How we quote
A service that fits the job — not the other way around.
Every home, wardrobe and business is different, which is why we don’t believe in rigid packages or a one-size-fits-all price list.
Some clients need a few hours of focused help. Others need us to work through an entire home, wardrobe or branding project over several days.
We quote based on what you need, how much time it will take and the level of support involved.
Our aim is to make the process straightforward, transparent and worth your investment.
How it works
01 — Tell us what you need
Get in touch and give us an idea of what you’d like help with.
It might be:
- A wardrobe that needs a complete rethink
- A home that has become overwhelming
- A kitchen or pantry that needs organising
- A move that needs planning and unpacking
- A home that needs styling
- A business or studio that needs organising
- A branding shoot that needs styling and production
You don’t need to know exactly what service you need. That’s what we’re here for.
02 — We have a chat
We’ll ask a few questions about your space, your goals and what you’d like to achieve.
For larger projects, we may arrange a consultation or site visit so we can properly understand what’s involved.
This allows us to recommend the right approach rather than quoting you for hours or services you don’t need.
03 — We provide a quote
Once we understand the project, we’ll provide a clear quote outlining:
- The services included
- The estimated time involved
- Our rates
- Any additional costs that may apply
- What we’ll need from you
- Any relevant terms or conditions
For straightforward projects, we may quote based on an hourly rate.
For larger or more involved projects, we’ll often provide a project-based quote.
Our rates
Organisation & Styling
Our standard rate for home organisation, decluttering, wardrobe organisation and styling is:
$80 + GST per hour, per RE.arranger.
This can be booked for individual sessions or larger projects, depending on what you need.
For projects requiring multiple team members, additional services or specialist suppliers, we’ll outline the costs in your quote before work begins.
Branding & Shoot Production
Branding projects are quoted individually.
The investment can vary depending on the scope of the shoot, including:
- Creative direction
- Styling
- Shoot planning
- Wardrobe
- Location
- Photographer
- Hair and makeup
- Props
- Production
- Number of people being styled
- Number of looks
- Shoot duration
We’ll work with you to create a shoot that makes sense for your brand and budget.
You won’t be asked to assemble the pieces yourself — we’ll help coordinate the moving parts.
Minimum bookings
For smaller projects, we may recommend a minimum booking so there’s enough time to make a meaningful difference.
As a guide, four hours is ideal for most focused wardrobe, styling and organisation sessions.
For larger projects, we’ll recommend the amount of time we believe is realistically required rather than trying to squeeze a whole project into an arbitrary timeframe.
What about shopping and products?
If your project requires additional products or purchases, such as storage solutions, styling pieces or wardrobe items, these are not included in our hourly service rate unless specifically stated in your quote.
We’ll always discuss additional purchases with you before committing to them.
Our philosophy is simple:
We don’t want you buying things just for the sake of organising or styling.
We’ll use what you already have wherever possible and only recommend purchases that genuinely improve the result.
Travel & additional costs
Our standard rates apply to projects within our usual Melbourne service area.
For projects outside our normal service area, additional travel costs may apply. We’ll let you know about these before confirming your booking.
Any third-party costs — such as photographers, hair and makeup, specialist trades, delivery or hired equipment — will be clearly outlined in your quote.

We don’t want you paying for a package that doesn’t suit you.
